hi, i'm erika and i am looking to move by february or march at the latest (if feb, then we can talk about what day rent is due, etc). i am currently int he process of taking the national exam for massage therapy soon after new years so i can work; i just came back from visiting norfolk/va beach area (i am open for norfolk housing as well/chesapeake) for interviews, and assumed i'd be renting a room in my friend's home, until their landlord recently decided to sell the home...so though i am currently in ca, i have no problem swapping information (skype, oovoo (video chat), facebook, email), and meeting when i get out there. i will be purchasing plane ticket for move in january after i finish my exam. i will be employed in chesapeake/va beach as well as transferring in the fall to odu most likely. i'm dependable, and pretty layed back, but easy to talk to and fun to be around, but enjoy my own private space as well. =) $300-450 is best...open for male or female roommates
