i am 26, single, do not bring random strangers home, do not smoke, do drugs and drink rarely. i am currently in illinois until the end of july when i am moving back home to tampa after having been gone for college and grad school. i am looking for a roommate who is friendly enough to where we might be friends, cook dinner together on occasion, that kind of thing- but is also fine with us doing our own things. i will not be bringing lots of people over and am looking for a similar roommate. i am going to work at the university of south florida, will be in bed around 10pm during the week, and always pay my bills on time. i'm looking for a nice place in the carrollwood/new tampa/wesley chapel area. i am also looking for someone who is not extremely cold blooded/frugal that keeps the temperature at 76/77 or higher. :) i do not have any pets but love dogs and wouldn't mind to help with yours!
