i am a professional single male that will be moving to the northern va area sometime around july 2014. i am seeking a room and/or living space that includes a full bathroom. i do not smoke or drink, i am responsible, as i have owned and maintained my house for the last 5.5 years, and i have no pets or kids. an area with enough space for a small bed and desk would be perfect. i will have one vehicle and plan to be out of the house most of the time, as i have an active lifestyle (riding my bike, traveling, etc..). i will be working rotating shifts for a federal agency, so a pretty quiet place is a must. i am very laid back and accepting and will treat someone's place as if it were my own.
