hi. my name is josh and i am 18. i take care of my younger brother (16) because our parents passed away some time ago. i've been on my own for a long time, so i have no problem taking care of myself and my brother and i do have very reliable income, plenty for rent and groceries. i realize that having an extra roomate may not be convenient, but i assure u we are friendly and wont be a disturbing presence. we tend to keep ourselves busy so basically what i need is a safe place for us to lay our heads at night. willing to accept any circumstances that will accept ours.
