hey, i'm looking for a room i can rent for at least a year. i would like to pay $100 weekly or $400 a month; my previous roommates can vouch for me.

i work a full time job and i study at lone star college. i'm clean, responsible, and never late so you can expect payment on time, every time. i'm also pretty laid back and quiet, home is where i go to relax after a long day or week. you will see i'm very easy to get along with.

i do have a daughter but she lives in germany with her mother. she does come visit every few months for a week. it would be nice if she is able to stay with me for a week but if you are not comfortable with that then that's ok with me and i can go somewhere else during that time.
