i'm a student nurse looking for somewhere to rent until december 2016. my parents are financially stable, subsidizing my school and cost of living, and have offered to pay $500-600 in rent. i have a well behaved cat (that might not get along with another animal), and a well behaved so that i would like to be able to stay the night once or twice a week. i'm straightforward about what i need and respectful of others and am looking for someone similar. i would prefer a woman in her 20s as a roommate just because we'd have more in common but a woman older than that is okay.
