hey there,

my name is tristan and am looking for a room to rent in the oaklawn or dallas area. let me tell you a little bit about myself. i am in my early 30s, and am a gay male. i am starting training for new position at united healthcare and am starting my own business. i am a student as well majoring in fashion design and marketing. so i do a little work from home, but do not make a mess with it and try to stay out of the way. i am looking to move in by the 1st if possible. i spend a lot of time working on my laptop or working when i am not at work. i like to go out some on the weekends, but keep it very low key. i enjoy movies and music and auditioning for a quizmaster for trivia at local bars around town so i am a bit of a nerd. i do have a small dog named kingsley, but if you do not allow dogs my sister is willing to take him for a while. i recently am going to through a long term break up and just looking to get a fresh start on life. i am very clean and keep my things picked up. i love cooking especially for other people. i have plenty of references if needed. please let me know if anyone has anything available be. thanks.
