hi, i'm jackie, 38 and single. i have a great job in addison and i've lived alone for about 2.5 years handling all the bills on my own. i'd like to split rent and utilities with a roommate now. i have a dog and she is a good indoor dog, but she likes outdoors too. i smoke, but will do so outside in designated areas if necessary. i am very clean, very neat and particular about whatever space i inhabit. i've lived in my current apt complex for over 3 years, before that lived with roommates in a house in lavon for 2 years. i moved to be closer to work. i have worked at only three companies spanning my career; with my current company 4 years in aug '10. i rarely drink (i'm way past partying, but don't mind if you do) and have an entire apartment of furnishings that i will either share or store.
