i have a small weiner dog which has been through training school for four week's (i didn't have the patience or the time to train). i can keep him crated while i am at work and keep him in my room if needed. i have no problem with paying rent as i work for the city of deer park. i'm laid back and don't have many friend's so i won't have a lot of company over. i'm open to moving to a place outside of deer park as long as it's not too far from work (within a 40min drive). i'm open to paying up to $450 a month all utilities included. i can furnish my own room: have my own bed,dresser, tv, desk etc. however, i'm willing to move into a furnished place if needed. i'm a cleanly person and easy going. looking to live with females only.
