hello. im looking for a room for rent. i am 41 m recently separated. i work 60 hours a week. im very clean easy going, respectful of other people's property and personal space. i have two kids a 4 year old girl and a 9 year old boy. that would stay with me every other weekend one or two nights, if that would be ok. they are good kids and well-behaved.
