hi! i am a 33 year old female professional liberal aries who is looking for a new place to live. i come with two dogs and one cat--i know that's a lot, and i understand if you don't read any further, but i hope you do.

i am downsizing from a town home into a new place. i am looking to spend no more than $1100 a month in rent and utilities/tv. my ideal space would be to share a town home or single family home with one other female.

i work from 8/9-5 in lorton, and am a quiet person. i don't throw loud parties (or really, parties greater than 10 people), i don't smoke, i don't drink (no, really, i am a lot of fun!)...i am a stand up comedian and actress in my spare time. i grew up in ohio and have lived in va for 12 years--i graduated from gmu in 2010.

i am looking to share a space ideally with just one other person.

i will provide references, a good credit and clean background check, and whatever deposits we mutually agree on. i pay my bills on time, am a clean person, respectful of other's space, and i would require the same from a new roommate.

i am single currently, and i don't mind your boyfriend coming over, but would expect him to kick in for utilities if he spends more than twice a week at the house. i would do the same. i would not like to live in an environment where people are coming and going all the time. if they don't live there, they shouldn't be spending the night very often.

my ideal roommate is a female, non-smoker professional who does not like to party. i'm older now, and would rather not live with someone who is loud, a heavy drinker, and a smoker. no judgment if you do! i used to myself, but am a little older now.

my ideal roommate pays her bills on time and would love my pets. unfortunately, i do not think that my pets would get along with other animals. so, if you have pets, i may not be your perfect fit.

i have lots of furniture, and am willing to share, but if you already have some, i can put mine in storage.

i know i am being somewhat detailed, but i want us to be the right fit, so i included as much info as i could.

i am a lot of fun and easy to get along with, and i take pride in the upkeep of a room/house/property. for fun i enjoy movies, comedy shows, having dinner parties, and hanging with my friends.
