i have a house with a couple extra bedrooms that are furnished and full bathroom next to the two rooms available. i'm not looking to rent long term but how long is negotiable. all things including rent are negotiable. i prefer military personnel to help them out to receive their bah or to get started living off base or even geo bachelors, but i am willing to consider non military as well. male or female is fine, as long as you are responsible and reliable. if you smoke that is fine, but that will be done on the porch which is more than suitable. i am looking for responsible adults that respect my home, you will have my respect as well as a responsible adult. it's a place to live and has a driveway that can fit 3 vehicles easily and is in a decent family neighborhood, so if you are looking for a party house, this is not the pleace.
