i have a two bedroom, two and a half bath, two story condo off 24th street, 6 blocks from oceanfront, easy bike or walk to beach. i am looking to rent out the second master bedroom as soon as possible. it has it's own bathroom and double closet. i have just finished remodeling all the bathrooms and totally renovating the kitchen. i will be living in the condo as well (25 yr old male). the $600 is base rent per month and utilities will be split. washer, dryer, free parking. prefer to rent to a male and no couples or pets please. complex has its own pool and neighborhood is quiet. please feel free to contact me with any serious questions.
