room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. this is a 3 level townhome. must have a car. 20 minutes from iad. 30 minutes from vienna metro stop (orange line). 45 minutes from washington dc. 2 of the roommates work for the airlines. 1 roommate (me) works the night and sleeps most of the day downstairs. we ask that you are courteous and clean. you will be sharing a full bathroom. the kitchen and living area is also a shared area. i simply ask that when i am asleep that you please be quiet. we are a friendly bunch. if you are anti social then this may not be the living arrangement for you. there are 2 cats living here: bailey and aiko. if you are allergic, then you really need not apply. room is available as of the 1st of april. come check it out. there will be a 475.00 deposit along with first month rent.
