the room is the master bedroom with comes with a half- bath (sink and toilet) and a walk- in closet (bed and armoire to be removed; the armoire i am keeping, but the bed is old and will be thrown out upon move- in unless you wish to keep it.

the apartment complex is known as "the sycamores", located in reston. noteworthy areas nearby include the reston town center, the reston spectrum, lake anne, and plaza america. the reston town center is the premeir social hub of reston; there are anual festivals and events, as well as many dining options and a movie theatre, while lake anne boasts a quieter, calmer atmosphere. nearby grocery stores include harris teeter, whole foods ( both within walking distance), trader joe's, safeway, and giant (anywhere from a five to fifteen minute drive).
the metro is within a 30 min walking distance, but only a 5- 10 min bus ride away (literally down the street)
