we are a female teacher/chef and a male salesman (not dating each other) who are looking for a third roommate in a roomy 4/3 house in the college park/ winter park neighborhood.the house is located within 10 minutes of i-4, downtown, and winter park.
this house is huge! the back half of the house includes a separate living room, tv and bed (perfect for guests, dates or just having a private place to hangout or study. the home has a fenced backyard with a pool, patio, and grill.
the home has all standard appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher. there is plenty of room inside the house for any furniture, and there is a shed on the property for any additional storage you might need.
you will have your own bedroom (approximately 9 x 12, plus a window alcove and closet) and bathroom, and full access to all common areas (living rooms, kitchen, backyard/pool, etc. $550 a month includes rent and all utilities (wifi, cable, power, water).
the room is currently vacant, and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible.
we are looking for at least a 6 month lease, but a year is preferred.
also, security is the same as one months rent.
you will be required to pass a background check, prior to moving in.
