about 5 mins from ucf and vcc and about 10min from full sail.
located off dean rd, in between university and colonial.
2 females already living there.
both females that live in the home work and go to school full time, and are aged 23-26.
looking for a female who is clean/non smoker/no drugs and also works or goes to school, someone who is pretty quiet and not a partyer.
please no pets.
$450 includes everything (water, electric, internet, cable, rent).
no other fees or deposits.
lease is month -to- month
will have to share a bathroom with one female- is very clean.
bedroom is not furnished, is carpeted. (if absolutely need furnished-we can work something out)
