i am currently working part time and going to school at gmu. i am looking for one person or even two people (couples or singles) to move-in to the master bedroom. it is very spacious; currently there is a full size bed and a queen size bed there. i have 3 extra beds, queen, full and king at my storage unit you can choose from. as stated earlier rent is 950 + internet and electricity, water, heating and gas are free. the heating system runs on gas so during winter you save on electricity.

the reason i am asking for $950 is because this is a fully furnished apartment. all you need are your personal stuff. you have your own bathroom and shower in the room and double door mirror closet. your room is facing the back of the building which means it is very quiet and peaceful. extra storage space in the basement is available, also plenty of street parking.

i love the location because, its tyson’s corner you are in the middle of everything. the apartment is right after the 495 exit going towards falls church. there is a pool, but to be honest i have only been there once. safeway is nearby and gas is cheap there if you are a member.
i would very much love for everyone to come and see the place for themselves.
