hi. i'm a woman in her 30s clean with a full time job looking to share my 2 bedroom duplex apartment. nice size bedroom, tile through out apt, clean, it has cable,internet, washer and dryer, and a private back yard and patio. those who respond should be clean, m/f between 25-45 years old who have a stable job, and preferably no pets. when i'm not working, i like to watch movies at home or go out for a few drinks with close friends. its not important, but hopefully you do too. if you would rather stay to yourself, i'll respect that too.

depending on utilities, your share of rent can be lower than $570 some months. just west of congress and forrest hill, its a short drive to i-95 and the beach.
