this is a temporary arrangement from may until sept if you stay until sept 14th last 2 weeks rent free; i have 2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom house in irving tx i will pay all utilities only if you keep them at the minimum anything or any careless over usage will be ask to pay that over usage amount the house is a few miles from dfw airport and 1 minute walking distance to bus stop and 2 mins by car to shopping center bedroom is furnished 1 twin bed and small lamp and dresser; cable and internet in livingroom area only; washer and dryer; and full use of kitchen priviledges; or; i can rent 1 bedroom w/private bathroom for $500 a month you pick whats best for you i prefer to have just 1 renter; i work mornings so maybe someone with opposite schedules would be nice for more privacy; i just ask you be neat and clean no drugs parties no over night guests loud music stealing or fighting if so you would be ask to move out asap
