my wife and i have a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house with a fenced in back yard, and a small pool. we have a master bedroom/bathroom down stairs for rent it is fully furnished with queen size bed and dresser, internet, cable tv in common areas,washer/dryer and kitchen to use. bedroom has a back entrance to used if you don't like the front door. we also have 2 kids boy 10 and daughter 14 who both have their our bedrooms upstairs, and 3 dogs so you have to love dogs too.......
