great house 1 block off washington ave. i'm working internationally about 6-7 months a year, so you're pretty much getting a 2 bedroom house to yourself most of the time. water, gas, trash, and most of the electric included. i'll pay the full amount when i'm home and the service charge when i'm gone.i've got a 4 year old that stays with (usually) 2-3 nights a month when i'm off. she agrees it's kind of silly to have a bedroom for her to stay in 2-3 day out of 2 months. she's pretty easy to get along with and logical when it comes to things like that. she also thinks it would be more fun if i had a roomie.
no guys. i've lived with guys and girls in the past. it's just easier with girls.
2 car garage in a gated complex. you can safely walk to porchswing pub or pearl bar. when i'm off i like to go out or travel. i'd prefer to get a housekeeper and split the cost.
if you don't have pets i would be willing to lower the rent.
