hi everyone,i have a room for rent in my house. the rent is $450. all utilities are included in the rent. the room has a full size bed, a computer desk and a computer chair. you will have to share a bathroom with one other person but bathroom is large enough and there is a linen closet for storage. the room is on the upper level of my home. there is also a living room upstairs with a tv. we also have two huskies, so you have to be able to live with dogs. i will send photos to anyone who is interested. i live just north of the beltway, about 15 minutes from iah.
a little about us, i am an elementary school teacher and my boyfriend (of almost 8 years) is a mechanic at a small shop. we have lived in houston for almost 5 years. we both work a lot of hours throughout the week and so when we come home we like to relax and spend time with each other. we don't party. we will have friends over occaisionaly.
