we are a very fun and active couple looking to rent our master bedroom and bath to a professional working female. we are non judgemental and extremely friendly and easy going. we keep our house very clean and expect each person to clean up after themselves and carry their own load. we have a beautiful 1700 sq ft condo right across the street from the beach! there are amazing views from the windows which show the ocean, the city and intracostal. we are renting our master bedroom furnished with king size bed, 2 walk in closets and large bathroom located inside of the room for complete privacy. the bathroom has a large bathtub and seperate shower. this is a one of a kind apartment and must see!
