my name is chad, originally from the fort worth area. i have a 3bed, 2 bath house that i currently live in alone. i am only looking to rent out one of my other rooms, leaving one room open for common space. the bedroom comes with its own bath/shower room. its a newer home, with new furniture all appliances. included in rent is water, elec., internet, satelite. i have a 2 car garage, but unfortunitely renter will have to park in secure driveway. i have a motorcycle that takes up other side of garage, so if you have a motorcycle, you have a nice garage to store it in. i also have a above ground pool for the summer times and a decent size backyard. i am a very outgoing, self motivated, young individual. i enjoy the outdoors and nightlife. i am mostly a quite individual while at home, it is just me and my dog, which mostly stays outside, but while indoors is very friendly and house broken. i am in the medical/fire profession, i work 12 hour shift a few days a week. i am looking for someone that likes to have fun in life, mature, responsible, able to clean behind themselves. i do not throw parties at my house, i leave my parting elsewhere.
