hi, my name is tracy. i have a 3100 sq ft home in harriet creek neighborhood. it is located near the junction of highways 114 and 156 in north fort worth near justin. we are one mile from nwhs, gene pike middle school and 2 grade schools. the neighborhood offers 2 swimming pools and parks. the house is a 2 story, 5 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms. i do not smoke, but would allow a roomate to smoke outside. the tenant would share a bathroom with my 14 year old daughter (the only other occupant). the bedroom offers a walk in closet, one window, ceiling fan, verizon fios internet and cable. there is parking on the street in front of the house. i have full sized washer and dryer, microwave; 2 living rooms with cable tv. i have a very outgoing personality and the house tends to be loud sometimes when my daughter has her friends over. we are looking for a fun loving, happy roomate. someone that considers themself easy to live with. a person that can pick up after themself, help out with minor housework but is not a clean freak. no pets allowed. children could be allowed, however we would need to discuss it prior to approval.
