hi,
i am looking for a roommate to move in july to early august. current roommate is moving out of the area. i live in fairfax towers (http://www.avaloncommunities.com/virginia/falls-church-apartments/fairfax-towers/) next to tysons corner in falls church. the apt has a washer/dryer, shared bath, and dish washer. you would get the master bedroom with the walk-in closet. current lease is $921 per person and 1/2 utilities (open for a discussion). place has a big pool, 24-gym, front desk, tennis courts, close to the w&od trail, lots of parking (non-covered) and free shuttle to west falls church metro. there are also many restaurants and grocery stores and shops including trading joes and starbucks within walking distance. place is right next to i-495 and i-66 next to tysons corner mall.
i tend to work a lot, like to keep the place clean, has a laid back attitude, and play sports when not working.
