i am currently seeking someone to take over my roomates part of a lease preferably a professional or college/graduate student, 20's-30's.
the room is available now! the lease for the unit ends on september 28, at which time you can decide if you would like to re-sign the lease. utilities are not included in the rent, and are an average of $80/month. this varies based on the season, how many people are home that month, etc.
the unit is located in the camden fair lakes apartment complex. the community is beautiful and quiet!! there is a swimming pool, 24/7 gym, emergency maintenance support, trash pick up (included in utilities), parking, and the unit overlooks a lovely courtyard. the apartment itself has recently been upgraded. it features hardwood floors, granite countertops, a balcony, and working gas fireplace. the unit already has a dining table, three couches, plenty of cooking utensils, and space in both the refrigerator and pantry for another person's food.
your current roommates are ladies in their mid 20's. one is a graduate student at george mason university. the other works nights at a restaurant and also attends school part-time. they are interested in someone who is easygoing, clean, and would enjoy socializing. both ladies definitely enjoy movie nights, the occasional glass of wine, and good conversation.
as the current resident in the room, i would be more than happy to schedule a time for a potential new roommate to come by and see the room, unit, and to meet your future roommate. the complex requires a $50 application fee, at which time they will qualify you for renting with the company.
the room is approximately 13' x 12', and features a sizable walk-in closet. i am able to fit a ton of clothes, stackable storage bins, and plenty of shoes.
