i am looking for a clean, responsible, drama free roomate to fill an extra room i have. i am a very respectful and neat person and i expect the same. i am laid back and can communicate very well. looking for a professional with a 9-5 ish job m-f since i am the same. the house has a hot tub, basic cable, high speed wifi internet, purified water throughout the house, and is a 3/1. i have a dog but she is cute and not a hassel! :-) someone over 21 is a must. drinking has to be legal peeps! haha well, i am looking for $500 but that is including all utilities currently in the house. pleas e-mail me if you have any questions about the room or what more information for renting purposes. thanks, david
