we're a bunch of guys, all recent college grads with normal jobs, living in a sweet house in ballston. one of our roommates is about to move out so we're looking for someone to fill his room. landlord's flexible with the date your lease starts, anytime between now and january 1st is ok. the lease is for a one year term, $800 a month with an $800 security deposit.

here are some details:
----normal sized room (11x11?),
----shares an oversized bathroom with one roommate. bath has awesome shower setup
----15x15 living room, 12x10 dining room, 12 x 25 family room, 12x12 kitchen, pretty much a normal house
----everything was renovated so pretty much everything inside is new construction
----granite countertops in kitchen and huge 5 foot wide refrigerator so everyone has plenty of room for food
----giant industrial sized water heater so we never have any cold showers
----free/unlimited parking in driveway and on street

----landlord pays for a maid service every 3 weeks, included in the price of rent. really awesome bonus, you'll never have to vacuum or clean toilets, showers, etc
----fios with 60'' tv in living and 48'' tv in family room
----big patio out back
----hot tub in the backyard is awesome for jumping into when it's snowing
----huge backyard
