hi i'm looking for a new roommate asap. i've been looking all month with no luck.

it's a 2 bedroom/1 bath. i know 1 bathroom is a turn off for some people, but i promise you we can work it out. it's not as bad as you think it'll be. the vacant room is large. you can fit a queen/king size bed easily and other furniture.

i'm a 27 year old architect so i work full-time during the day and i work part-time some evenings. i don't drink, smoke, or throw parties. i do have a small cat, but he stays in the common areas and my room. he won't bother you.

i am looking for a female roommate. i'm not picky. just want someone normal and nice that can pay bills on time. rent is $680 plus $200 deposit.
