hey there-i have a $900 12 x 11 bedroom with private bathroom that is currently available in an apartment in alexandria next to the mark center hilton. it is right on the border of arlington, right next to 395 (literally, which is pretty convenient). all utilities would be included - water, electric, gas, cable, wifi internet). the layout is perfect for a roommate - 2 bedroom with 2 full bath, plenty of space.
about me: i just moved in as i relocated to the area due to a job promotion. i am a 27yo white male who is easy going and always working. i am new to the area so it would be good to also have someone to explore/learn the area.
some additional features:
-there is a shuttle to the metro every morning and evening that comes every half hour.
-you will have parking included in the rent. there is covered parking available but it would be additional amount per month.
-gated community
-has 24 hour workout center, multiple sports courts, etc.
