i am 32 and i work in virginia. i do like it cold in the condo in the summer time, the winter time i do not care because i can open the window. so if you like it hot, please keep looking. about the condo: gated community with 24 hour security. over 1300 square feet with a washer and dryer in the unit. the unit has an open floor plan. you will have your own bathroom. the bathroom is huge and the room is ample. you will have a lot of closet space. in the living room there is a pull out couch should you have family or friends over. i also have a wii and samsung home theatre system that you may use. there are many amenities at this condo such as a gym, indoor/outdoor pool, grocery mart, cleaners, in community restaurant, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts/indoor and out. there's a lot more. the price is very good for this community and condo. email me at roommatesearch80 usingyahoo dot com
