a $350 security deposit is required. utilities (water, gas, electricity, sewage, trash, internet/cable) are included in monthly rent. if you would like your own cable box in your room you are responsible for the fee of the additional box.ideally looking for someone that needs a place to stay for 3-6 months.
the room is a decent size, has two large windows and it's own private entrance. the room comes with a dresser, a full-sized bed and a wardrobe because it does not have a closet. if you need additional closet space/storage, the hall closet is at your disposal. photos of the room will be up shortly :)
our house is about 20 minutes from nova in woodbridge, 40 minutes from gmu, and 45 minutes from mclean/tysons/dc area. we live about 15 minutes from potomac mills outlet mall and the stonebridge shopping center.
we are very friendly, laid back individuals :) our household consists of two females, two males, and two dogs. most times you'll wonder if other people actually live here though, mainly because our schedules are all so different. we do wine nights, beer nights, and movie nights. our dogs, liyah and odin, love people and are usually kept in the room; if it's warm, they may sometimes be put outside. liyah is very well trained and odin is getting off the leash training.
we are looking for someone who is responsible, laid back, and looking for a temporary place to live. we are fairly flexible when it comes to schedules and lifestyles, we only ask you share in the responsibilities of keeping the common areas clean.
