room will be available by october 1st, 2016.looking for a responsible, professional individual and/or student to rent an unfurnished room in a single family home within a great neighborhood near greenwood mill elementary school. only 5 minutes to i-81, 10 minutes to shenandoah university and 10-15 minutes to winchester medical center.
room is approximately 14' x 12' and comes with full use of the house including kitchen, laundry, large deck and patio. must be clean, tidy, and have the ability to clean-up after yourself!
$550/month and includes internet, water, electric and directv. one month security deposit and 1st month rent required prior to moving in. background check is also required and any prospective tenant will be required to pay the $30 fee. please note that you will never be required to provide me with your ssn.
smokers are ok...but smoking is not allowed in the house! must also be ok with dogs.
