i have a room for rent. partially furnished with twin mattress (not frame), worktable, & desk chair. all can be removed if desired.rent includes utilities and wireless internet. there is cable in the living room. if you wish to put it in your room, you can get a white cable cord and splitter and run it from the lv. rm.
i have two cats. they do have the run of the house, but you can keep them out of your room by simply closing your door. they are sweet and don't scratch or bite.
you are welcome to use all rooms of the apartment(except my bedroom).
i am fairly clean, but not a neat freak. my dishes usually don't stay in the sink longer than a day (if that) i clean the litter box regularly.i clean the apartment once a week. if you end up using the kitchen and bathroom, then it would be cool to alternate that. (i do not expect you to clean any cat mess and cats do cough up a hairball now and then)
i work both full time days and a few nts here and there. i go out, but am mostly a homebody. you are welcome to have people over. just a heads up is appreciated if there are going to be multiple people in the common areas.
i am just looking for a nice easy going person. no mean spirited animal hating people should apply.
i am really easy going. if you have concerns or issues, just come to me. i will accommadate you. but if you don't tell me, i won't know. :-)
