you will have a roommate. these apartments used to be part of msu campus housing, therefore, they rent by the bedroom. you will share the common areas. these apartments are super nice, but i'm at my boyfriend's place more than my own, so it's kind of a waste of money at this point... fully furnished ,full size bed, dresser, night stand, walk in closet, dining room table with chairs, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, end tables, ottamon, private bathroom. pets welcome at additional cost. game room, pool, 24 hour fitness center available to residents on site. shuttle services to msu and the msu's bus route. city bus stops in walking distance. safe neighborhood. located near shopping, resturants, entertainment, and the colleges. pm for info. or comment!

this is complex policy. my roommate doesnt care if you have guests over you just cannot move them in.
