we are looking to fill the master bedroom in our beautiful row home in the shaw/bloomingdale neighborhood starting in mid-august. the room is the largest in the house with a private bathroom, so is suited for an individual as well as a couple or roomshare. the room is fitted with a large walk-in closet and a smaller closet on the side, and has large windows. it's $1450 per month, plus about $80 in utilities. your other two roommates are busy, friendly professionals.

the home is lovely -- recently renovated with a spacious downstairs and large kitchen. we also have a great porch for enjoying morning coffee/evening wine.

the neighborhood is a hidden gem in dc -- many coffee shops and restaurants to try, a seven minute walk to the shaw metro stop (yellow line), blocks away from four different bus routes, a mile from trader joe's and whole foods, and half a mile from giant.

we're looking for someone(s) who is clean, responsible, and able/willing to commit to a 6mo or one-year lease. one month security deposit is also required upon lease signing.
