my girlfriend and i have a room for rent in our 2br 1bath apartment. we prefer a male room mate. our home is clean and quiet and we both are very friendly easy going people. we are asking $450 a month which is due on the 1st of each month. this includes utilities, power, and wifi. we are not asking for anyone to sign a lease, just give 30 days notice of intent to leave. no smoking(inside),no pets,no couples.

the room has it's own sliding glass door which leads out to a small patio out back.
