the room is a great size, with a large closet. the bathroom is located directly next to it, and you will be the only one using it. i have a two year old daughter who will be in the room next to yours, but she will use my bathroom. you will have full access to the living areas, half bath downstairs, laundry, and backyard (including the grill). i require someone clean, who will help with the household upkeep. i will pay all utilities so long as you aren't excessive i.e. hour long showers, tv on 24 hours a day, etc. you are welcome to repaint the room as well, as long as it's nothing super drastic like neon pink or black. the room is not furnished, but the picture i have shows a queen sized bed. it also fit a large dresser and nightstand and lamp with room to spare!
