this three story house is a great set-up for professional, adult roommates. the room we have for rent is the large master suite located on the first floor off of a shared entry-way. a large, full bathroom is attached inside the master suite for tenant’s private use. one off-street assigned parking spot is included, large walk-in closet and storage space located in tenant’s room. newly cleaned and painted as we just had a roommate move out due to moving from the area. tenant’s room is the only one on the first floor. the second floor is a reasonable-usage shared space and includes the living room with electric fireplace, kitchen, laundry room and small deck/balcony. the third floor is a private living floor for the owners. this location is smoke free and drug free. we both work professional jobs and have background checks/security clearances for our jobs. all payments, late-pays, background checks for prospective tenants, etc. for this room will be handled through a property management company. we have one lab/hound mix dog that lives inside. no other pets are allowed. utilities (water, electric) included. we request that our roommate is considerate and respectful with guests and shared spaces. $100 deposit required before move-in. room available october 15th. first lease is 6 months, with option to re-sign for another 6 months or a 1 year lease.
