hi there,

i have a three bedroom/two bathroom home near little creek amphibious base in a beautiful spacious and quiet family neighborhood. it has hardwood floors, and my room is furnished with the basics that i am offering. i live 12 minutes from nob, 18 minutes from oceana nas, and less than a minute from little creek (lake shores neighborhood is across from gate 3).

you can have full use of the rest of the house including storage except for one closet and my bedroom which is off-limits. i am asking for $750 including all utilities, no deposit required, and then $700 beginning in april when the weather gets warmer and the heating bills can decrease. or $700 now with a $100 refundable deposit.

i am a military intelligence professional, so i really enjoy my privacy, but i'm not home very often - i'm usually on travel. so long that you don't invite overnight guests regularly, and can keep noise to a low level while i am home working, and are generally a clean person, i think this could be a good match.
