i am a 26 year old male teacher. i recently purchased a three bedroom 1400 sq ft townhouse off of norfolk avenue. this is only 1/2 mile to the beach/restaurants/bars. i am trying to rent out one bedroom that also comes with a shared office and other ammenities:the roommate for the price above would get their own room with lots of closet space.
personal bathroom, with tub/shower, toilet, and sink.
shared office space with plenty of room for roommate to have their own desk, computer, etc.
personal parking spot infront of house with room for an extra car to park behind them.
a rare big, groomed backyard space with palm trees and patio.
renovated attic space with plenty of space for storage.
all of the utilies are included in the rent price: electricity, water, internet and cable.
great location (1/2 mile to ocean or oceanfront restaurant/bars).
backyard shack for secured bike storage.
new windows in the house.
brand new kitchen.
new carpet/floors.
the house is fully furnished except the roommate to be's room.
only requests...no pets, no smoking, college education, emloyed at the same job more than six months, and no parties at my house unless cleared with me.
