i am a single, professional woman looking for a responsible, mature (in attitude, not necessarily years), quiet roommate with steady income to share a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in the highly desirable kempsville lake community. i am easy going and flexible. no drama. i appreciate respect, communication and privacy and hope to share home with someone that feels the same. pets are ok if well behaved, quiet and home is kept odor-free. renter will have furnished - 1 bedroom, 1 sitting room and full private bath on second floor of the house. great location – in the heart of virginia beach near town center and pembroke mall. house is across the street from lake and walking path, walking distance to supermarket, close to shopping, restaurants and the interstate system. use of community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts. amenities: cable, internet, washer & dryer, use of kitchen and utensils, tv available for use. furniture: furnishings include full-size bed, bedroom furniture, couch and desk with hutch. there is room for your furniture if you have some. there are closets in both rooms for clothes and storage. pets – i have no pets, but pets may be welcomed. smoking - outside ok, overnight guests – no frequent overnight guests, visitors ok, required: first month’s rent and $350 security deposit, shared utilities (not to exceed $60) income verification, background check and references.
