i am a female looking for a female roommate to rent a room in my townhouse located in a nice neighborhood off of wesleyan dr. in virginia beach. it is close to interstates 64 & 264, and close to chesapeake and norfolk as well. my roommate now just bought a house and will be moving out by october 1st, so this would be the move in date. rent will be $450 a month plus utilities (electric, internet and cable, water*every other month*). i would like someone dependable with a full time job so i know that the bills would be paid on time. the townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2/12 bathrooms. it is very spacious (1900 sq. ft) and well kept. if you are interested please contact me and i will be happy to tell you more about it. i would also be interested in someone who has some living room furniture because it will all be leaving too! haha thanks!
