we're a mid-20s professional couple looking to rent out a room in our half of a duplex about 3 blocks from the boardwalk. the room is $550/mo (100 sq ft) with all utilities (incl. internet and cable) included. the house is about 1900 sq ft and has a small, fenced backyard. we currently have one other roommate that you would be sharing a bathroom with, but there is also a half bath on the first floor. extra stuff that comes with the house: good amount of gym equipment, large tv in living room, outdoor shower, grill, some driveway parking, etc. we both work monday-friday and like to go out and/or have people over on the weekends. we're social drinkers and non-smokers. we also attend grad school part-time. we have two cats and a snake and keep the place pretty clean. we're looking for males or females who have similar interests. if you think you're a good fit please send us an email. available dec. 1.
