the apartment is a 3bdrm with myself and my child taking the two at the far end of the hall. we are very nice, mind our own business but are friendly, clean and good natured. our apartment is on the second floor, therefore one would need to able to handle stairs. the room for rent is the first one off the living room at the start of the hall. it is 12ft x 10ft 8in, includes a full private bath, 2 windows, and a walk-in closet, 8ft x 4ft 8in. besides standard utilities rent includes basic cable and internet. must be able to pass a beckground check which is needed due to a child living in the house and i really want to avoid creepers! :)
