i'm 44, divorced and laid back. i love watching sports and weekends are for fun, friends and drinks. i pay for a maid to come in once every other week for the heavy cleaning, but expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen. rent is $600 per month plus 1/4 of the utilities. no drama, psychos or unstable people that can't pay their rent on time need contact me. i will not chase your rent. the house is 5 bedrooms, i only rent out 4 so there is enough space for everyone, and still a spare bedroom in case anyone has friends or family in town - for a few days, not a couple weeks or a month. i'm fine with a male or female roommate, but just know that you will share a bathroom with 2 other males, and the maid only comes every 2 weeks! we just opened the pool last week and it's looking good. if you match the above criteria, please contact me as the room is available now. lastly, i'm from pa - steelers, penn state and penguins! ravens fans ....ummm ......no!
