looking for a financially responsible roommate to join my boyfriend and i in taking over my mother's condo. located in the ocean lakes area. condo will be mostly furnished and we have an extra bed if you don't have one. room is a good size with your own bathroom. we'd prefer someone with no pets of their own, but pet friendly as we do plan to get a dog eventually. non-smoker preferred but smokers okay if you are willing to only smoke outside, must be willing to sign a year lease with my mother and i, and provide rent on the first every month. there will also be a $250 deposit required at the time of signing the lease to make sure you don't flake out. there is a pool in the complex and plenty of parking. we are a relatively quiet couple. he works 8-5 every day but my hours vary. we are all adults here but we do ask that you limit overnight guests and anyone who is not respectful of us or our property will be asked to leave and not return. rent of $675 includes gas, water, electric and cable/internet. no children please. we will require a meet before we show you the place in order to determine if we will be a good fit. move in date of january 1st is tentative on my mother moving out on time. could be between the 1st and 7th.
