looking for someone to take over my room on a one year lease in our beautiful 5 bedroom home. i am currently living with three other very clean young professionals that will continue to stay in the house, but due to unfortunate circumstances i am no longer able to stay. the house is fully furnished minus the bedroom up for rent but the house has plenty of room for additional furniture. this house has a huge front yard, private backyard, front porch and a spacious second floor deck! located in bay colony, the house is located in a very safe family friendly area away from the hustle of the oceanfront. with bike path access coming off the driveway, you can literally bike anywhere you'd desire at the oceanfront in a matter of minutes. all three of my roommates have lived here for a year already and are looking for someone with a low key mentality and positive attitude to welcome into our home.
i will have the room ready for rent as of may 1, 2015 but a few requirements will be needed prior to signing the new lease, these include,

- $695 security deposit
- credit check
- $30 application fee
tenet responsible for all utlities including gas, water, and electric
